AdYO Board meets at least seven times a year and plays an integral role to the sound governance, management and culture of the overall organisation.
The AdYO Board has four sub-committees which support the Board’s work:
- AdYO Artistic Sub-Committee (Chair: Dr Jula Szuster, Rosie Burn, Akira Nakayama, Mark Lloyd OAM, Ex-officio: Keith Crellin OAM, Christopher Wainwright)
- AdYO Finance Sub-Committee (Chair: Simon Hatcher, Rosie Burn, Akira Nakayama, Ex-officio: Samantha Taylor, Christopher Wainwright)
- AdYO Marketing Sub-Committee (Chair: Lowen Partridge, Members: Rosie Burn, Christine McCabe, Ex-officio: Christopher Wainwright)

AdYO has a detailed Constitution which clearly states processes associated with our governance and membership.

- Former Finance Director and Company Secretary United Utilities Australia Pty Ltd, responsible for overseeing all of the financial, legal and commercial affairs of the company.
