AdYO Board meets at least seven times a year and plays an integral role to the sound governance, management and culture of the overall organisation.

The AdYO Board has four sub-committees which support the Board’s work:

• AdYO Artistic Sub-Committee (Chair: Dr Jula Szuster, Rosie Burn, Akira Nakayama, Mark Lloyd OAM, Ex-officio: Keith Crellin OAM, Chris Wainwright)
• AdYO Finance Sub-Committee (Chair: Simon Hatcher, Rosie Burn, Akira Nakayama, Sue O’Connor SM, Ex-officio: Sam Taylor, Chris Wainwright)
• AdYO Marketing Sub-Committee (Chair: Lowen Partridge, Members: Rosie Burn, Filomena Impagnatiello, Christine McCabe, Ex-officio: Chris Wainwright)
• AdYO Policies & Procedures Sub-Committee (Chair: Filomena Impagnatiello, Rosie Burn, Dr Jula Szuster, Ex-officio: Sam Taylor, Chris Wainwright)

AdYO has a detailed Constitution which clearly states processes associated with our governance and membership.

Ms Filomena Impagnatiello, Deputy Chair

• Manager, Cash Products & Strategic Solutions, Bendigo Wealth,  Bendigo & Adelaide Bank
• Previously worked in Sydney for Citibank. Roles included Head of Research & Insights & Head of Insurance Distribution.
• Previously served as Vice-President for No Strings Attached Theatre Board (3 years)
• Currently secretary for the Art Deco & Modernism Society-Adelaide Chapter.
• Friends of the Adelaide Festival Committee (1992-1996)

Mr Simon Hatcher, Treasurer

• Managing Director, Acciona Agua Australia
• Former Finance Director, Acciona Agua Australia
• Former Finance Director and Company Secretary United Utilities Australia Pty Ltd, responsible for overseeing all of the financial, legal and commercial affairs of the company.
• Lead role for the procurement of finance, development of documentation and taxation structures on development projects.
• Treasurer, Richard Wagner Society of South Australia
• Lawyer and Finance Engineer

Dr Jula Szuster, Secretary

• Retired public servant who worked within Arts SA and the Education Department’s Music Branch
• Visiting Research Fellow in Musicology at the Elder Conservatorium of Music, The University of Adelaide
