Luke Dollman is one of the leading conductors to have emerged from Australia, having worked with numerous orchestras and opera houses from around the world.
Orchestras he has worked with include the London Philharmonic, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Netherlands Radio Philharmonic, Monte Carlo Philharmonic, Helsinki Philharmonic, Nordwestdeutsche Philharmonie, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Malaysian Philharmonic and the Hong Kong Sinfonietta. He has worked regularly with the Finnish National Opera, as well as making appearances with Opera Australia and the State Opera of South Australia. Luke is also a recognised authority in the field of conductor training.
At the Elder Conservatorium of Music he leads the Elder Conservatorium Symphony Orchestra, Elder Conservatorium Wind Orchestra and Elder Music Lab, and has a keen interest in promoting new music. He is active as a teacher of conducting and gives regular masterclasses around Australia and overseas.
