AdYO’s Percussion Ensemble provides opportunities to develop your skills and work on percussion-specific repertoire with other experienced players in a small group setting. Percussion Ensemble members also have the opportunity to perform with our other ensembles throughout the year.
Rehearsals
Saturdays from 9am to 12pm during school terms at Adelaide University.
Recommended standard
Equivalent AMEB Grade 3-5+
Opportunities
In addition to Percussion Ensemble rehearsals, players will have opportunities to rehearse and perform with other groups based on repertoire needs and player availability.
Auditions
Auditions are held in October each year for the following year’s programs, with applications opening in early-mid August.
