2025 Annual General Meeting
Tuesday 13 May 2025, 6pm-7pm
AdYO members are invited to attend the Adelaide Youth Orchestra’s 2025 Annual General Meeting, either online via Zoom or in person at Hartley Concert Room, Level 2 Hartley Building, 14 Kintore Ave, Adelaide.
We invite you to arrive from 6pm for light refreshments, with the AGM to commence promptly at 6.30pm.
Following the AGM, there will be an address from our Artistic Director Keith Crellin OAM and attendees will enjoy a performance by one of AdYO’s beautiful string quartets.
Members who are unable to attend may appoint another member or the Chair as proxy. Proxy notices must be sent to the Executive Director via email no later than 24 hours before the AGM, using the Proxy Nomination Form.
