Ticket offer: Australian String Quartet’s Big Gig

Join in the celebrations at Adelaide Town Hall as the Australian String Quartet turns 40!

Based right here in Adelaide, the Australian String Quartet (ASQ) is the country’s pre-eminent organisation dedicated to string quartet music.

Established in 1985, this year we celebrate 40 years of incredible music making with the ASQ’s BIG GIG, a day of free performances, exhibitions and immersive experiences at South Australia’s iconic Adelaide Town Hall, on Sunday 28 September 2025.

In partnership with Adelaide Youth Orchestras, the Australian String Quartet is offering a special code for tickets for you to experience an up-close performance by the ASQ.
