The Adelaide Youth Orchestra has the following Conductors:

Martin Butler

Martin Butler is conductor of the Adelaide Youth Strings. When he was 11 he received a scholarship to the Guildhall School of Music, London. He studied music composition at Surrey University under Reginald Smith-Brindle and Robin Maconie, graduating with a first class Honours and Masters Degree.

Philip Paine

Philip Paine is a principal horn player with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra.  He has been a full time member of the orchestra since 1992.

Keith Crellin OAM

Keith Crellin is Head of the String Department and conductor in residence at the Elder Conservatorium of Music at the University of Adelaide and Artistic Director and Conductor of the Adelaide Youth Orchestra.
