AYS — Adelaide Youth Strings

The Adelaide Youth Strings (AYS) is a large string orchestra catering for primary-aged string musicians aged 8 to 12. Directed by Adelaide Symphony Orchestra violist, Martin Butler, AYS focuses on learning music and developing ensemble skills in a fun and friendly team environment.

AdSi — Adelaide Youth Sinfonia

The Adelaide Youth Sinfonia (AdSI) is AdYO’s second symphony orchestra and young musicians who participate in AdSI enjoy the full orchestral experience. Playing in AdSI also offers an opportunity for young musicians to work with their peers from around the State.

AdYO — Adelaide Youth Orchestra

AdYO is a symphony orchestra comprised of South Australia’s best emerging musicians aged 14-25. Under the baton of Artistic Director, Keith Crellin OAM, AdYO allows young instrumentalists to showcase their orchestral playing skills
